Improvisation Stories

Improvisations by their very nature disappear into thin air after their performance. Nevertheless, this page attempts to fill this gap of knowledge slightly with contemporary stories and historical testimonies about improvisers, improvisations and in some cases testimonies of how an improviser might have dealt with his craft.

Please contact us about any mistakes and/or other sources which might be interesting to include. It is also possible to add stories yourself on this page.
